Casual day in Greve

Jac's Notes:

Relax - take in the vibe

After checking out Vitticio Wine Estate, we can explore the unique, three-cornered Piazza Matteotti for artisan shops, cafes and the Saturday market, sample local wines at Enoteca Falorni, visit the Monumento al Navigatore Giovanni da Verrazzano.
Key attractions:
Piazza Matteotti: The heart of Greve, this distinctive square hosts shops, restaurants, and a vibrant weekly market on Saturday mornings.
Wine & Food: Visit Enoteca Falorni for wine tasting, or book food/wine tours and cooking classes in the area.
History & Culture: See the monument to explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano, explore nearby medieval hamlets like Montefioralle, and visit historic churches.
Shopping: Browse artisan workshops, local boutiques, and food shops in the central piazza.
